We are hiring a skilled Site Engineer with 3–7+ years of experience in commercial and residential building projects, including interior fit-out works. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Handle civil works including RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Supervise interior works, including flooring, false ceiling, joinery, and finishing.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
- Manage labour, materials, and daily site activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Assist with site measurements, billing, and quantity verification.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in building construction and interior fit-out works.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to work at different site locations across Chennai.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
