Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our team in Punjab. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data entry, a basic understanding of accounting processes, ERP software, taxation, and compliance documentation. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting day-to-day business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
- Handle daily data entry related to accounting, finance, and operational activities.
- Work on ERP software for data management, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Maintain and organize financial, administrative, and operational records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documentation.
- Support GST, TDS, and other compliance-related documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify and update data.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies to maintain high-quality records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliances.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good typing speed with excellent accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain financial records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Data Entry, Accounting Support, or a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP software and accounting-related data will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
