We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, promoting the company's products or services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly and effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update customer databases regularly with accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
