Key Responsibilities
- Should have a hand-on-experience on Clevertap along with lifestyle and nurture program designs.
- Should have managed Marketing Automation Campaigns.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content) to ensure timely delivery of services
- Track and monitor campaign performance updates and communicate insights to clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Handle client escalations effectively and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and reports
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services
- Prepare periodic reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setup
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Email Marketing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or ed-tech environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
