- Takes complete hand over of her /his assigned patient and Fill hand over checklist accurately
- .Do Comprehensive and accurate nursing Assessment Of patients through Head to Foot examination
- Assessing Patient condition and Planning and Implementing Patient care Plans
- Provide Nursing care according to plan
- Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care seeking Assistance and knowledge as necessary
- Observing and recording patients Vital signs
- Administer Intravenous Fluids and Medications as per orders
- Follow Medication Rights while administering medicines
- Follow standard Precautions while handling Icu patients
- Follow infection control care bundles
- Follow narcotic policy while using narcotic drugs.
