Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staffing needs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Ensure payroll, benefits, and labour law compliance.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.
