Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Provide excellent customer support and service resolution.
Manage telecalling, backend operations, and BPO workflows as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate. (Strictly no regular college students).
Language: Average English + Mandatory proficiency in Telugu OR Kannada.
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome.
Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or BPO experience is preferred and will be an added advantage.
Salary & Compensation
Freshers: ₹16,000/- per month
Experienced (Min 6 Months): ₹18,000/- per month
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
