Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University (CSMU) is looking for a creative and skilled Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in Video Shooting, Film Production, Video Editing, and Social Media Content Creation.
The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content to promote the University's academic programs, events, activities, achievements, and brand across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for university marketing and promotional activities.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage.
- Handle photography and videography for university events and activities.
- Develop creative video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Edit videos with appropriate music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, effects, and colour correction.
- Cover university events, seminars, conferences, workshops, student activities, and campus events.
- Work with the marketing and admissions teams to create promotional content.
- Maintain and organize video/photo content and digital media assets.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and develop content accordingly.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Film Production, Advertising, or a relevant field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, video production, content creation, or social media marketing preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be given preference.
