Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior AI Graphic Designer with strong design skills and knowledge of AI-assisted design tools. The role primarily focuses on creating product artwork, eCommerce visuals, marketing creatives, and social media content.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, committed, and willing to contribute to both creative and operational aspects of the business when required.
Key Responsibilities
- During peak seasonal sales periods (Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.), supporting the fulfilment of daily customer orders will be the top priority to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
- Create product artwork, listing images, A+ Content, and marketing creatives for eCommerce platforms.
- Design content for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Use AI tools and technologies to improve workflow, generate concepts, and create engaging visuals.
- Research and suggest new AI tools, design trends, and creative ideas that can benefit the business.
- Develop new product concepts, promotional graphics, and seasonal campaign creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
- Assist with short-form video content and promotional campaigns when required.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams on daily tasks and projects.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator other design software.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- Good understanding of product image creation and eCommerce design standards.
- Previous experience working with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, or other eCommerce businesses will be a strong advantage.
- Candidates from an Amazon seller, personalised gifts, print-on-demand, or eCommerce background will be preferred.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
