- A day in the life of an Infoscion
- As part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design development and deployment
- You will review the proposals prepared by consultants provide guidance and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues
- You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms
- You will also coach and create a vision for the team provide subject matter training for your focus areas motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance
- You would be a key contributor in unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization

- Design develop and deploy AI applications on SAP BTP using SAP Build Apps Build Code and CAPM Cloud Application Programming Model requires minimum 2 years of experience in developing deploying and configuring applications
- Implement AI Core and Joule RAG Knowledge graph for intelligent workflows and conversational AI experiences
- Build and orchestrate AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions integrated with SAP systems using Joule studio or hyperscalers such LangGraph AutoGen etc
- Work with LLMs OpenAI Claude etc
- for enterprise grade AI use cases knowledge of python LangChain is important
- Utilize modern coding assistants and tools like Claude Code Cline and other AI driven development platforms
- Develop Fiori applications and ensure seamless UX integration with SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable AI driven SAP solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and continuously upskill to meet evolving business needs

- AI LLMs Hands on experience with LLM integration RAG patterns and AI orchestration
- Agentic AI Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and multi agent systems A2A protocols
- Coding Tools Familiarity with AI powered coding assistants Claude Code Cline etc
- Application Development Strong in CAPM Node

- Integration Experience with REST APIs OData services and SAP extensions
