Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Handle attendance and basic HR operations
- Coordinate with team members for daily HR activities
- Prepare reports and maintain databases
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pursuing or completed graduation/MBA/HR-related course preferred
