Senior Stylist – Job Description
Location: Le Mill, Colaba
Reporting to: Retail Operations /Store Manager
Role Overview : The Senior Stylist is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong styling expertise, clienteling capabilities, and leadership within the store team. The Senior Stylist acts as a brand ambassador for Le Mill, demonstrating deep product knowledge, fashion authority, and a proactive approach to business development. The individual will also support junior team members and contribute to maintaining the elevated service standards expected at Le Mill.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Development- Drive individual and team sales performance through strong client engagement Build and manage a portfolio of key clients and VIP customers Proactively identify sales opportunities and drive repeat business Recommend complete looks across categories to enhance customer experience and basket size Maintain strong knowledge of brands, collections, and product details.
2. Clienteling & Relationship Management- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. Proactively reach out to customers regarding new arrivals, events, and curated selections Leverage personal networks and existing clientele to drive traffic and sales Support private appointments, VIP styling, and home shopping services.
3. Styling & Fashion Leadership- Demonstrate strong fashion authority and styling expertise. Stay updated on global fashion trends, collections, and brand narratives. Provide styling guidance to customers and team members Inspire customers and colleagues through innovative styling ideas
4. Visual Merchandising & Floor Management- Maintain store presentation in line with Le Mill standards. Support visual merchandising changes and collection launches. Ensure merchandise is displayed in a clean, organized, andvisually appealing manner. Assist in managing floor standards and product flow.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration- Lead by example in professionalism, service standards, and sales performance. Support and mentor junior stylists and team members. Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture. Assist management in achieving store targets and operational excellence.
6. Operations & Store Responsibilities. Support daily store operations and housekeeping standards Assist with stock movement, tagging, and replenishment Ensure store readiness for client appointments and peak tradingperiods Maintain high service standards across all customer touchpoints.
Qualification & Experience: 3–4 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in Women’s Ready-to-Wear. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong clienteling experience and relationship-building skills. Fashion-forward with strong styling capability and trend awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
