Position: Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager - EOT Cranes
Location: India Pune
Reporting to: Sales Manager /Director
Main Job Objectives
* Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
* Support the growth of the EOT Cranes and related services business within the assigned territory.
* Translate customer requirements into feasible technical and commercial solutions, meeting expectations in terms of scope, price, and delivery.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Execute sales activities for Industrial EOT Cranes and material handling solutions.
* Manage small and mid-size customer accounts, with support from the Sales Manager for large projects.
* Develop new industrial customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
* Support cross-selling of maintenance contracts, inspections, modernizations, and on-call services.
* Prepare technical and commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
* Coordinate with engineering, projects, and service teams to ensure accurate and competitive solutions.
* Conduct regular customer visits within Maharastra or West part.
* Update CRM regularly with sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Education
* Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
* 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales of Lifting equipment or industrial engineering products.
* Previous exposure to technical sales, project sales, or junior key account management.
* Experience with EOT Cranes, material handling equipment, or similar industrial products is highly preferred.
* Self-driven profile with good organizational skills and strong result orientation.
Business Travel
* Frequent travel within the assigned region; occasional PAN India travel as required.
Communication in English.
Pay: ₹241,422.00 - ₹905,660.18 per year
