Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support in onboarding and orientation activities for new employee
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in preparing HR documentation like offer letters, contracts, and employeecommunications.
