Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Backend Executive (Loan Department) to handle end-to-end loan processing and backend operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with banks, NBFCs, DSA, or financial institutions and be able to manage loan files efficiently while ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end loan processing for Personal, Business, Home, LAP, and Vehicle Loans.
- Verify customer KYC, income, and financial documents.
- Login loan files on lender portals and coordinate with banks/NBFCs.
- Follow up with customers and lenders for pending documents and approvals.
- Track loan applications from login to disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/MIS and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan processing and documentation.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Processing, Loan Operations, or Backend Executive role.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Vehicle Loan processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
