Key Responsibilities:
Create Engaging Social Media Content
- Develop and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored to each platform.
- Convert industry insights, company updates, and technical topics into engaging social-first content.
Manage Social Media Channels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Ensure timely responses and positive audience engagement.
Support Content Planning & Execution
- Assist in managing the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production.
- Support campaigns, product launches, webinars, events, and employer branding initiatives.
Track Performance & Insights
- Monitor social media performance metrics and engagement trends.
- Generate reports and identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging social trends.
Repurpose & Optimize Content
- Convert blogs, podcasts, webinars, and long-form content into bite-sized social media assets.
- Optimize content formats for different platforms and audience behaviors.
Required Skills:
Content & Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to create engaging and audience-focused content.
Social Media Knowledge
- Understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of content trends, viral formats, and community management.
Design & Content Tools
- Basic proficiency in Canva or Figma.
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn Analytics.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Notion, Trello, or Jira.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or Hemingway.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
