Job Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Train students and professionals in BIM workflows, modeling, coordination, and documentation.
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard software such as:
- Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP)
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)
- Dynamo (preferred)
- Explain BIM standards, clash detection, model coordination, quantity take-off, and project documentation.
- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and real-time projects.
- Mentor students during live projects and ensure practical learning.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, workflows, and industry standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP), model coordination, and clash detection.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Industry experience in BIM projects is an added advantage.
