Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales officer with experience in the stationery industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the local market (South Delhi) and be capable of driving sales through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and retailers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Promote new product launches and increase product visibility.
- Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment recovery.
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in stationery sales or a related FMCG/consumer products sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the local stationery market.
- Existing relationships with distributors and retailers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile reporting applications is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
