Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the electrical field and hands-on knowledge of cutting machines, welding machines, and other industrial electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cutting machines, welding machines, motors, control panels, and other electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks and maintain maintenance records.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a factory or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting:
- Cutting Machines
- Drilling Machines
- Electrical Motors
- Control Panels
- Industrial Electrical Equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial automation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
