We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Consultant who can guide prospective students about our professional career programs and help them choose the right learning path. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career goals and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Consultation & Sales
- Connect with leads assigned in the CRM through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand the prospect’s career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain program curriculum, career outcomes, and placement support.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
2. Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Share relevant program details, testimonials, and success stories.
- Ensure every qualified lead is nurtured properly.
3. CRM Discipline
- Update all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility.
4. Demo & Counseling
- Invite prospects to demo sessions or masterclasses.
- Address doubts related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.
5. Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Maintain strong conversion rates through effective consultation.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in Inside Sales / Education Sales / Counselling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking with students and professionals
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Self-driven with strong discipline in follow-ups

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 per month
- Additional Incentives: Attractive incentives based on revenue generated
