Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to international clients through voice-based communication. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies and quality standards while handling calls.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with professional behavior.
- Experience in an International Voice Process/BPO is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service/International Voice Process preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
