We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Ecommerce Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate high-quality leads, identify serious prospects, and drive new business opportunities for our ecommerce growth services.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, LinkedIn prospecting, Google research, and sales pipeline management, along with a solid understanding of Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Ecommerce business growth strategies.

Location: Work From Home (Delhi Based Candidates Only)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate A+ quality leads for ecommerce growth services
- Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and other prospecting platforms
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other AI-based prospecting tools for lead hunting and data extraction
- Perform data scraping and market research to identify high-potential ecommerce brands and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline
Business Development & Client Conversion
- Convert prospects into long-term clients through strategic pitching and relationship building
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and sales presentations
- Confidently pitch services using knowledge of Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Ecommerce Growth Solutions
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Revenue & Performance
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain CRM updates and proper sales reporting
- Track lead progress and optimize outreach strategies for better conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
✔ Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Email Marketing
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and lead generation tools
✔ Good knowledge of Google-based prospecting and data scraping for lead generation
✔ Experience in identifying and targeting ecommerce brands and decision-makers
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
✔ Ecommerce industry knowledge will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
- Comfortable working independently in a WFH setup
- Ability to use AI tools and automation for prospect research
