We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Commercial Officer to manage ERP operations, cashier handling, inventory control, and purchasing activities. The candidate will also support overall store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. ERP Management
Handle day-to-day operations in ERP system
Ensure accurate data entry of sales, purchases, and stock
Generate reports (sales, stock, purchase, etc.)
Coordinate with management for system updates and process improvements
2. Cashier & Billing
Manage billing counter operations efficiently
Handle cash, UPI, card transactions with accuracy
Maintain daily cash reports and reconciliation
Ensure proper invoicing and documentation
3. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items
Ensure proper tagging and product details in system
4. Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
Assist in purchase planning based on stock requirements
Coordinate with vendors for orders and deliveries
Maintain purchase records and documentation
Negotiate basic pricing and follow-up on orders
5. Store Operations Support
Support showroom team in daily operations
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and inventory
Maintain operational discipline and process adherence
Skills Required
Knowledge of ERP software (Jewellery ERP preferred)
Basic accounting and billing knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
MS Excel knowledge is a must
Preferred Candidate
Experience in jewellery retail industry
Familiar with inventory & stock handling
Responsible, trustworthy, and organized
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
