We are looking for a responsible and skilled caretaker to manage the daily maintenance and basic operations of our workspace.
Responsibilities
- Handle basic electrical and plumbing issues.
- Maintain the workspace, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Support daily office operations and minor maintenance work.
- Drive for office-related requirements when needed.
- Handle basic computer tasks, printing, scanning, and email.
- Coordinate with technicians and service vendors.
Requirements
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Valid driving licence.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Previous experience is preferred.
