About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate records and update ATS/CRM systems.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets.
Required Skills
✔ 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
✔ Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types
✔ Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
✔ Experience in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in US shift timings
✔ Experience handling various IT technologies and requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of the US hiring process and tax terms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
