We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brands, and drive business growth.
What You'll DoDigital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
Content & Branding
- Create content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Write captions, blogs, success stories, and promotional content.
- Develop branding materials, creatives, posters, and marketing assets.
Video & Creative Management
- Coordinate video shoots and content creation.
- Manage reels, shorts, and YouTube content.
- Design thumbnails, banners, and promotional creatives.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Support lead generation initiatives.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior marketing and video editing team members.
- Conduct daily review meetings and monthly mentoring sessions.
- Support team growth and performance.
