Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development & Configuration

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows.

Implement client‑side and server‑side logic using: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and UI Policies
-
Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and upgrade safety.
CMDB & Data Management
-
Configure and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and attributes.
-
Support CMDB governance activities including:
- Data quality
-
Reconciliation
-
Normalization
-
Integrate CMDB with ITSM processes and external data sources where applicable.
Platform Governance & Quality
-
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and coding best practices.
-
Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
GRC (Good to Have)
-
Implement, support or enhance ServiceNow GRC modules such as:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
-
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
-
Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM)
-
Configure risk statements, controls, assessments, and workflows (as applicable).
Qualifications:
Mandatory

5–7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience

Strong experience with:
- ITSM modules

CMDB configuration and data modeling

Service Catalog & Catalog Item creation

REST APIs Integration

Flow Designer
-
Client-side and server-side scripting

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Good understanding of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, roles, scoped apps)

Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
Certifications (Preferred)
