We are looking for a skilled and passionate Graphics & VFX Faculty member to train students in design, animation, and visual effects. The candidate should be creative, technically strong, and able to deliver high-quality training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Graphics Design & VFX modules
- Teach software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3ds Max (basic/advanced as per curriculum)
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and portfolio development
- Conduct demo classes, assessments, and feedback sessions
- Maintain student performance records and progress reports
- Assist students in industry-ready skill development
- Stay updated with latest design and VFX industry trends
- Ensure discipline and smooth classroom management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design & VFX principles
- Proficiency in industry-standard software:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- 3ds Max (preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Design, or related field
- Prior teaching or training experience in animation institutes preferred
- Portfolio of creative work (designs, animations, or VFX projects)
