General Manager - Katra
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or concerns.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities as required.
- Prepare reports and analyze operational performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Probation Period: 3-month trial/probation period, after which performance will be reviewed for confirmation of employment.
