Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in IT and non-IT recruitment, generalist HR activities, and administrative management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities : Recruitment (IT and Non-IT):
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for IT and non-IT positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and define job descriptions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Generalist HR Activities:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Administrative Activities:
- Oversee office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination.
- Manage employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Monitor office supplies, budget, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for smooth operations.
- Organize and support meetings, events, and conferences.
Skills Development and Training:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Evaluate training outcomes and maintain records for future reference.
Performance Management:
- Drive performance appraisal processes and assist in setting KRAs and KPIs.
- Provide support and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance trends and suggest initiatives for improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in IT and non-IT recruitment, generalist functions, and administration.
- Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with payroll systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
