Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BIM MEP Modeler with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using BIM tools. The candidate should be capable of handling complex projects, ensuring high-quality modeling standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage MEP BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500 models as per project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using tools like Navisworks.
- Interpret and work from 2D drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Generate shop drawings, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and client requirements.
- Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support BIM leads in project execution and mentoring junior modelers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
- Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience working on international projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Exposure to Dynamo, AutoCAD, or other BIM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
