- Position: Real Estate Telecaller

- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors
- Follow up with leads generated through advertisements and digital campaigns
- Explain property projects, prices, payment plans, and offers
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain lead records and follow up regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets
- Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an advantage
- Confident and persuasive communication
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets
- Real-estate sales experience is a plus
- Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month + attractive incentives
