We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and independent professional to join our Operations team as a Contract Line Item (CLI) Data Extraction Associate.
This role involves reviewing contracts, order forms, invoices, pricing documents, and related source documents to identify, interpret, analyze, and accurately extract contract and pricing information into the designated system.
The position requires more than basic data entry. The successful candidate should be able to understand complex information, apply logical and critical thinking, identify relevant data points, analyze discrepancies, and independently determine the appropriate information to capture based on project guidelines.

Review and analyze contracts, order forms, invoices, pricing schedules, and other source documents.

Extract and accurately capture contract line item details, including product/service, effective dates, quantities, pricing, and applicable terms.

Identify and interpret discounts, pricing structures, and price drivers such as users, licenses, units, transactions, or usage.

Analyze and extract applicable usage-based rates, overage charges, tiered pricing, and rate schedules.

Interpret information from different sections of a document and determine how it applies to the required data fields.

Compare information across documents and identify inconsistencies, missing information, or discrepancies.

Apply analytical and critical thinking to determine the correct information when data is presented in different formats or contexts.

Validate extracted information against source documents to ensure high accuracy and completeness.

Follow project-specific Work Instructions (WIs) and process guidelines while independently executing assigned tasks.

Escalate genuinely unclear or exceptional cases to the appropriate team member with relevant details and observations.

Consistently meet assigned quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time requirements.

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics, or any specialization related to Mathematics is preferred.
