Salary Range: 8 lpa – 12 lpa (Annual)
Reporting To: Director / Business Head
Position Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Marketing & Sales with strong exposure in HVAC ducting and MEP project sales. The candidate should possess excellent market intelligence, consultant liaison capabilities, and a proven track record in generating business opportunities from upcoming MEP projects.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent management qualification.
- Additional certifications in HVAC/MEP will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP/HVAC project sales and business development.
- Proven experience in handling HVAC ducting projects, MEP contracts, and institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC ducting and MEP projects.
- Track and generate leads from upcoming commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and data center projects.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Consultant & Client Management:
- Maintain regular interaction with MEP and HVAC consultants for vendor approvals and project enquiries.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ensure inclusion of the company in approved vendor lists.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
Project Tracking:
Monitor upcoming MEP/HVAC projects across Hyderabad and South India.
Collect project intelligence regarding:
- Project stage
- Estimated value
- Consultant details
- Contractor information
- Tender schedules
- Decision makers
- Maintain an updated project database and sales pipeline.
Tendering & Proposal Support
- Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for preparation of techno-commercial proposals.
- Review tender documents and commercial terms.
- Participate in negotiations and finalize contracts.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging sectors and growth opportunities.
- Prepare periodic market reports and forecasts.
Sales Reporting
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly MIS.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Present business performance reviews to management.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HVAC ducting systems and MEP project execution.
- Excellent knowledge of project sales cycles.
- Familiarity with consultant-driven sales processes.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of Upcoming Projects
The candidate should have established sources and the ability to identify upcoming projects through:
- Consultant networks.
- Builder and developer relationships.
- Industry associations.
- Tender portals.
- Market intelligence platforms.
- Contractor and PMC interactions.
The candidate should possess a strong database of:
- MEP Consultants.
- HVAC Consultants.
- Architects.
- Developers.
- EPC Contractors.
- Industrial clients across Hyderabad and South India.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of annual sales targets.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Value of enquiries generated.
- Conversion ratio of enquiries to orders.
- Consultant approvals obtained.
- Accuracy and quality of project pipeline reporting.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
Compensation:
Variable Incentive: ₹2-4 Lakhs per.
