Job Title: RO Operator

Job Location: Ranu,Padra, Vadodara
Job Summary
Responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water System to ensure a continuous supply of purified water as per GMP and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the RO Water System.
- Record pressure, flow, conductivity, and production data.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of the RO system.
- Carry out daily startup and shutdown activities.
- Report any equipment malfunction immediately.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping of the RO area.
- Ensure proper documentation and logbook entries.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent.
Experience
- 2–3 years in Pharmaceutical / Formulation Industry.
Skills
- Knowledge of RO Water System.
- Basic understanding of GMP documentation.
- Good troubleshooting and record-keeping skills.
