Job Location: NSEZ /Embassy - Noida
Job Type – WFO
Shift and working days: Night, 5 days a week, split week off
Min Education required: 12th pass with min 1 year exp in Int. Voice process ( INBOUND)
English Communication proficiency – Voice : B2 – 58
English Communication proficiency – Written : NA
Computer Knowledge: NA Familiar with MS Office and Use of Internet applications.
Technical or Process specific knowledge: Voice Int. BPO Exp B2C domain is mandatory
