Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and energetic Dispatch cum Office Boy to handle our daily outdoor logistical tasks and support internal office operations. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily movement—ensuring that documents and packages reach their destinations safely while maintaining a smooth, well-supported environment inside the office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dispatch & Outdoor Duties
- Document & Package Delivery: Safely transport and deliver official documents, invoices, cheques, and parcels to clients, vendors, or banks.
- Courier Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing courier shipments, maintaining a clear log of tracking details.
- Banking Tangibles: Handle basic banking errands such as depositing cheques, retrieving statements, or delivering documents to bank branches.
- Utility & Vendor Visits: Visit local markets or vendors to purchase office supplies, groceries, or unexpected administrative necessities.
2. Office & Administrative Support
- Pantry & Hospitality: Assist in preparing and serving tea/coffee/water to staff, management, and visitors or clients during meetings.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and workstations are tidy, organized, and properly stocked before the workday begins.
- Filing & Documentation: Assist the admin team with basic paperwork, including photocopying, scanning, shredding, and filing documents.
- Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of pantry and stationery stock levels, alerting the supervisor when refills are needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of High School graduation (10th/12th standard pass).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Office Boy, Peon, or Delivery Rider) is highly preferred.
- License & Vehicle: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and preferably own a reliable two-wheeler for official local travel.
- Locality Knowledge: Thorough understanding of local routes, shortcuts, and commercial areas to ensure timely deliveries.
- Tech-Savvy Basics: Ability to use a smartphone effectively for GPS navigation, communication apps (WhatsApp), and basic delivery tracking.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle outdoor travel in varying weather conditions and lift moderately heavy office supply boxes.
