Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales for musical instruments and related products across assigned territories
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients
- Appoint new dealers and expand the existing dealer network
- Drive primary and secondary sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct product demos, trainings, and presentations for dealers and sales teams
- Ensure effective stock movement, order execution, and timely collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, inventory planning, and after-sales support
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements
- Collect dealer feedback and share actionable market insights with management
- Participate in trade shows, dealer meets, and industry events
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
Key Responsibilities (Pan-India – High Volume Distribution)
- Drive pan-India, high-volume B2B sales for fast-moving and imported musical instrument brands
- Manage and aggressively expand a nationwide distributor and dealer network
- Push primary sales to distributors while ensuring strong secondary sales and retail sell-through
- Execute volume-driven schemes, launches, and promotional programs across regions
- Achieve strict monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets
- Ensure optimal stock planning, rapid stock rotation, and minimal ageing across channels
- Appoint, onboard, and activate new distributors and high-potential dealers pan-India
- Work closely with supply chain, imports, and warehouse teams to align demand with availability
- Monitor collections, credit limits, and outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow
- Track competitor brands, pricing, and market dynamics to defend and grow market share
- Conduct frequent market visits, distributor reviews, and territory performance audits
- Lead dealer trainings, product launches, and national sales initiatives
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports for management
