- Generated and qualified leads through various channels, including customer referrals, online inquiries, and partner networks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed inspections.
- Promote PropCheckup's home inspection services and educate customers on the benefits of professional property inspections.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inspection packages based on property type and client needs.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Home Inspection Officers and Operations teams for inspection scheduling and execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead databases, and sales reports using CRM tools and Excel.
- Manage customer communications through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Address customer queries and provide timely updates regarding inspection schedules and report delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, property owners, real estate consultants, and channel partners.
- Track lead status, conversion rates, and business performance metrics to support sales targets.
- Assist in customer retention initiatives and contributed to repeat business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting marketing and business development activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
