Academic Counsellor – Hyderabad
About the Role
We are hiring passionate and student-focused Academic Counsellors for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills with the ability to guide students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
Candidates fluent in local languages will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, academic programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual sessions.
- Guide students regarding entrance exams, career planning, and skill development.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Support the enrollment and admission process.
- Maintain records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with academic teams for better student support and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Student Counselling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Language Requirements:
Candidates fluent in the following languages will be preferred:
- English
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Kannada (Added Advantage)
