Digital Marketing Executive – EdTech

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with strong EdTech marketing experience to lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and marketing execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition, improve brand visibility, and contribute directly to business growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The candidate should have experience marketing EdTech products and services, managing multi-channel campaigns, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business goals, product pre and post launch.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product and feature launches.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing roadmaps and growth initiatives.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Own lead generation targets and marketing pipeline creation.
- Execute digital and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
- Measure campaign attribution and marketing effectiveness.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Drive SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, partnerships, and events.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Product Positioning & Content
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning.
- Create presentations, brochures, case studies, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Graphics using Ai, video shooting for podcasts, interviews & video editing.
- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and increase industry visibility.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.
- Track KPIs including:
- Qualified Leads
- MQLs & SQLs
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- ROAS
- Conversion Rates
- Revenue Contribution
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Support sales enablement with market intelligence and customer insights.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing leadership roles.
- Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
- Proven success in lead generation and revenue growth.
- Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C customer acquisition.
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
