St. Wilfred's P.G. College is inviting applications for the position of Part-Time Assistant Professor – Music. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated academic professional with excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to quality teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures in Music.
- Prepare lesson plans and academic materials as per the curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students in both theoretical and practical aspects of music.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Encourage students to participate in cultural activities, competitions, and performances.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's Degree in Music (M.A./M.Mus.) with a good academic record.
- NET/SET qualification preferred. Ph.D. candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching experience in a college or university will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
