Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and administrative activities for a team of 20–25 employees. The role requires hands-on execution of payroll, compliance coordination, employee lifecycle management, and administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, confirmations, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee database and HR documentation.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and HR-related communications.
Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payroll independently from attendance and leave validation to final salary generation.
- Calculate earnings, deductions, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, and other statutory components.
- Generate salary sheets, payslips, payroll reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related employee queries.
Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate and ensure timely compliance under PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Upload and maintain statutory payment challans and compliance records in designated folders/systems.
- Maintain compliance trackers and employee statutory documentation.
- Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.
Recruitment & Employee Support
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Administration
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, asset records, and operational support activities.
- Maintain company records, agreements, and administrative documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labour law compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and payroll software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in payroll and compliance activities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Immediate joiners.
- Experience handling HR, Payroll, and Compliance functions independently in a startup or SME environment.
- Prior experience supporting a workforce of 20–100 employees.
Pay: ₹10,806.31 - ₹31,470.59 per month
