Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executives to expand our referral partner network and generate qualified leads for home interior projects. This is a field-based role focused on business development and relationship management. The position does not involve direct sales but requires regular local travel within a 30 km radius of the assigned branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong network of referral partners (Silver Envoys) in the assigned territory.
- Identify, meet, and onboard new referral partners.
- Generate qualified leads for home interior projects through the referral network.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Submit regular reports on partner onboarding and lead generation activities.
- Learn the company's products, services, and business development processes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Confident in meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel locally (up to 30 km from the assigned branch).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
- Onboard 3 Silver Envoys (Referral Partners) per day.
- Generate 1 qualified lead per day.
