- Carrying out survey and layout.
- Ensure work is carried out strictly according to drawings, with due observance of geometry, lines, levels, and plumb.
- Ensure proper utilization of labour, materials, and machinery.
- Clarify construction methodology and the proper sequence of activities to workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved quality standards and within the prescribed timelines.
- Arrange construction materials from stores.
- Ensure all surplus materials are returned to stores, mortar, concrete, and other reusable materials are utilized efficiently, and the work area is cleaned at the end of each working day.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, general cleanliness, and safe working conditions at the site.
- Ensure implementation of all critical construction quality requirements and finer aspects of execution.
- Perform any other official duties assigned by seniors in the interest of the organization.
Pay: ₹18,146.54 - ₹30,984.44 per month
