About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to take ownership of improving, restructuring, and stabilising an existing AI-powered voice platform built on ElevenLabs.
This is a highly autonomous contract role focused on assessing a problematic current setup, defining best-practice architecture and operational standards, and implementing improvements end-to-end. You will work closely with a small internal team to improve reliability, scalability, integrations, and reporting across the platform.
The role is best suited to someone who is highly independent, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight. You should be confident making technical decisions, solving complex integration challenges, and delivering production-ready improvements quickly.
This is a 3–6 month engagement with a strong focus on execution, optimisation, and operational stability.
