We are looking for a skilled and responsible Fiber Laser Operator to operate CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines for sheet metal fabrication. The candidate should be able to load programs, set machine parameters, inspect finished parts, and maintain production quality while following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine.
Load and unload raw material safely.
Read engineering drawings and cutting layouts.
Set machine parameters according to material thickness.
Select proper cutting gas (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Air).
Monitor cutting quality during production.
Perform first-piece inspection.
Measure dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Steel Scale, Height Gauge, etc.
Remove burrs and separate finished parts.
Label and stack finished components properly.
Perform daily machine cleaning and maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns immediately.
Maintain production records.
Minimize material wastage.
Follow 5S and safety standards.
Wear required PPE during operation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
