Specific Responsibilities (Employee Specific)
1. Supervise and co ordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.2. Ensure that production targets, Quality standards by inprocess inspection and delivery shcedules are met.3. Monitor equipements, manpower and material usage to optimise efficiency and cost of operation.4. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and process deviation by proper co ordination with other related deparments.5. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices, 5S and continous imporvement initiatives.6. Prepare and maintain daily production reports.7. Receive, review and interpret engineering drawing job orders and technical documents.8. Ensure that safety procedures and work place hygiene are strickly followed.9. Co ordinate with related departments to ensure seamless production flow.10. Train and support shop floor workers and machine operators as per SOPs.11. Execute specific tasks given by superiors and give required reports.
Job Specification (Position Specific) a) QualificationBE or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Or Industrialb) Other TechinicalASME BPE, Six sigma , Lean manufacturing, ISO, Poka yoke, 5S, 7 QC tools ( Not mendatory but preferable )c) Professional QualificiationNDT Level 2, ( Not mendatory but preferable )d) Experience 3 to 5 Years in fabrication industries like pressure vessle or other coded job like IBR, U stamp, CE.e) Skill Set & CompetenciesProduction Planning Handling manpower System related abilities ( ERP, SAP, MS word, Excel, Power point etc ) Knowedge of Fabrication, Welding, Buffing, EP & other manufacturing process. Read and understand drawing and Problem solving.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
