Job Summary
We are looking for a Tele-caller to manage customer interactions throughout the loan application journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to explain loan products and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and resolving queries.
- Follow up on pending documents and application status.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for timely processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.
- Provide regular updates to customers until loan disbursement.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Meet daily follow-up and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, email).
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or loan processing is an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
