The F&B Controller is responsible for managing and controlling all Food & Beverage costs within the hotel. This role involves monitoring purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, and consumption processes to ensure accurate cost control, prevent wastage, and support profitability. The F&B Controller works closely with the kitchen, service, and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory and cost reports in line with company standards.
